As a physician and endurance athlete, I am constantly refining my approach to nutrition, recovery, and longevity. Supplements are one of many tools I use to support optimal health, performance, and disease prevention.

The supplements listed here are the ones that I personally take and recommend based on my research, experience, and commitment to optimizing health. However, supplementation is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Your individual health status, goals, and lab markers should determine what’s right for you.
