  1. Skin Care Products and Supplements
    Due to the personal and sensitive nature of skin care items and supplements, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for these products. We take pride in offering high-quality products and ensure that every product leaves our care in excellent condition.

    If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will assist you promptly.

  2. Non-Skin Care and Non-Supplement Items
    For all other non-skin care and non-supplement items, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected.
